bedside manner --> the way that doctor communicate to the patients.
callous --> without considering other person's feeling.
taking a turn for the worse --> to be getting worse expecially health.
blurt it out --> say sth without thinking first.
diagnosis --> doctor's conclusion of what the problem is.
soften --> to be nicer,easier to accept.
*to soften the blow --> to soften the bad news.
prognosis --> how the health will change in the future.
reassure --> less worry,to make the person's to be more confident.
feel sorry for --> understand the patient's difficulty.
hysteric --> uncontrol emotion.
